“You are such a perfect candidate for that!” – Family Practice doctor who delivered the family’s first baby, when the mother announced she was pregnant again and planning to birth at home this time.

This is mine. I absolutely loved this Doctor. Our first was also a natural labor but at a hospital. She never pushed anything on me, even though I went a week overdue. Unfortunately she stopped doing deliveries so for our second we decided on a home water birth. At our oldest’s well visit she asked if we were pregnant and we told her yes. Also told her our plans. She was 100% supportive as usual.
The home water birth went splendid as well for those wondering.
