I recently attended a birth (I am a birth doula) and the laboring couple was having a verrrrry long labor filled with all sorts of things that they hadn’t planned or hoped for. They were feeling discouraged and their OB told them, “I want you to have the birth you want!!” and she proved it too, by supporting the laboring parents in every single way she could! Awesome OB!
