Thoughtful Thursday! “Leave Her Alone! She Is Doing Great!”

“Leave her alone! She is doing great!” -OB to an L&D nurse who was trying to convince a mom going through unmedicated transition to have an IV put in, *just in case*.”

At the time of this posting, two people have voted to dislike these words. Um, why? What is wrong with an OB stepping up to defend his/her client’s wishes? This doc is the bomb!
