“Well, you certainly have the equipment for it!” -OB to large breasted patient, when she told him she was planning to breastfeed.

I believe every woman should be encouraged to try breastfeeding, and educated that mammary glands are the perfect equipment for feeding babies, but this comment just makes me feel icky.
Somehow I doubt this person ever made similar comments to women with smaller (but just as functional) “equipment” for breastfeeding.
